Unusually flexible financing solutions

to help you receive the care you need

Insurance accepted

We accept most major PPO dental insurance plans. Before your visit, call us and we’ll help verify insurance coverage and estimate out-of-pocket payments.

Our patients are responsible for fully covering all fees that we charge for their dental work, including any portion not covered by insurance. While we’ll do our best to accurately estimate your remaining benefits for the year, these are only estimates, and your actual out-of-pocket responsibility can change based on factors outside of our office’s control.

Four options to finance out-of-pocket payments (e.g., not covered by insurance):

Payment in full
Payment in full

Most patients prefer to cover the full cost at their visit with a major credit card, Apple Pay, personal check, or cash.

First half at first visit, second half at delivery
First half at first visit,
second half at delivery

For treatment requiring two or more visits (e.g., crowns, implants, veneers), you can cover half of the total at your first visit (e.g., when we take molds/scans of your mouth), and the second half at your subsequent “delivery” visit.

For treatment with a substantial out-of-pocket cost (e.g., Invisalign), you can cover a portion upfront, and then cover the remainder over equal monthly payments. Call us for more information.
CareCredit
CareCredit

We’ve partnered with CareCredit to offer interest-free payments over a period of up to 24 months. CareCredit provides a no-interest healthcare credit card used by over 11 million people and accepted by more than 250,000 healthcare providers. Application and approval are quick and easy.

NEW PATIENTS

New patient forms

To provide you with the best-quality oral care, we require up-to-date information about your medical history. For most people, submitting online before your visit is the quickest and easiest path.

Click here to complete our new patient forms online before your visit. We promise that all requested information is necessary and important!

What to expect at your first visit

During your first visit, we’ll get to know you — what brings you to our practice, your oral health goals, and what’s going on inside your mouth. We’ll take digital x-rays to provide the full picture of your current health.

We’ll then share observations, agree on a path forward (including any urgent treatment), and schedule a continuing care appointment, to keep you on track.
